Frank William Abagnale, Jr., born April 27, 1948, is a former forger, reconverted security consultant, American. He became famous in the 1960s at age 16 for using falsified checks to travel at the expense of Pan American World Airways. He traveled through 26 countries before reaching the age of 19.
